Terms of Service

Last updated: September 13, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sarvaya Jewellery website and your purchase of products from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About us

This website is operated by:

Sarvaya Jewellery
[BUSINESS ADDRESS]
Email: customersupport@sarvayajewellery.com

2. Our products

We make and sell jewellery and related accessories.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and lighting conditions.

Small variations may also occur in handmade or individually finished products. Such variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Where a product is described as handmade, handcrafted or individually finished, minor variations may be part of the nature and character of the product.

3. Jewellery care

Jewellery should be handled and stored with care.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, jewellery should be kept away from:

  • Water;

  • Perfume;

  • Lotions and creams;

  • Hairspray;

  • Cleaning chemicals;

  • Chlorine;

  • Salt water;

  • Excessive moisture; and

  • Other chemicals or substances that may affect the finish.

We recommend removing jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping unless the product description specifically states otherwise.

Damage resulting from inappropriate use, accidental damage, normal wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions may not be considered a manufacturing defect.

4. Product availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or change product specifications where reasonably necessary.

If you place an order for a product that subsequently becomes unavailable, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer a suitable alternative or refund.

5. Product prices

All prices displayed on the website are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Where applicable, taxes and delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

6. Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable;

  • There is an obvious pricing or product description error;

  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;

  • We are unable to fulfil the order; or

  • We are required to do so by law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue an appropriate refund.

7. Payment

Payment must be received before an order is dispatched unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

We do not knowingly store your complete payment card details.

8. Delivery

We will dispatch orders to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

Please see our Shipping Policy for further information.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts rights that you have under applicable consumer law.

10. Personalised and custom orders

Where a product is personalised or made specifically to your requirements, additional restrictions may apply to cancellation and returns where permitted by law.

You are responsible for checking that all personalised information supplied to us is accurate before completing your order.

We cannot be responsible for errors in personalised information supplied by the customer, except where required by law.

13. Website information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and up to date.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be completely error-free, uninterrupted or available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for matters that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

15. Events outside our control

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, strikes, natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, technical failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Where possible, we will communicate with you and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law in your country gives you additional mandatory rights.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from relying on mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version applicable to an order will generally be the version displayed at the time the order was placed, subject to applicable law.
